Returns & Refunds policy

In accordance with Articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, you may return items that do not suit you within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Download the return form below, print it, fill it out, and include it in the package (if you do not have a printer, you can simply copy the form on plain paper): Download the return form by clicking here

2. Go to LAPOSTE and return the package only via Colissimo. The cost of return is at the customer's expense. The price of shipping depends on the weight of the package and the current rates of LAPOSTE.

For packages outside of France, returns can be made with the company of your choice, but the shipment must arrive at the address indicated and not at a pickup point.

No returns at pickup points will be accepted. Returns cannot be made in person either.

3. Keep the proof of shipment of your package.

4. When your package is received by our services, we will send you an email within a maximum of 15 days to notify you of the receipt of your return and the processing of the refund of your order.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with their label.

Any damaged, stained, perfumed, or torn product will be refused and no refund will be possible. However, the damaged item may be returned to you at your expense (an email will be sent to you in this case).

Similarly, for items returned after the deadline, no refund can be made. The item may be returned to you at your expense.
